In maths at the moment the Grade 2/3/4 class is looking at length and measuring using millimetres, centimeters and metres. On Tuesday 1 April (Mrs Kelly’s last day 🙁) the class played some fun baby shower games to celebrate the upcoming arrival of Baby Kelly. One of the games included trying to guess how long the baby was (according to the doctors measurements) and how far it was around Mrs Kelly’s tummy with a piece of ribbon. We found out that measuring around Mrs Kelly’s tummy was approximately 1m30cm and that the baby was about 40cm long.
