From Book Week to Giant Carp: Catching Up on This Week's Events

Fishing success! Jack caught the monster 64 cms carp and Mr Sourgen's wasn't far behind. Many students caught fish on the rainy session. The students enjoyed learning the new skill of descaling and filleting amongst a fish anatomy lesson from Miss Curnow.

PB4L has been embraced by students and staff and the classrooms are humming along beautifully in the learning environments, even in book week costumes.

Book Week parade was again a fun and exciting morning for all, including the parents who came along to join in! This year we had a lamb, a puppy, a working light saber under control of Luke Skywalker, Spiderman and his double and even Malificent, plus much more! Yet again one of our bus drivers received the highly coveted Best costume vote from the students... Well done Captain Hook (a.k.a. Mr Bray!)
